How clinic registration works
You register from a DentalDates account. Pending clinics stay hidden from patients until a platform admin approves them.
Submit the clinic
Trading name, contact email, phone, time zone, and whether you are the dentist or front desk.
Finish setup while you wait
Add address, opening hours, and the treatment catalogue. Patients only see the clinic after it is approved.
Go live
Once active, patients can find you, request visits, and message the practice.

Doctors and reception share the same clinic tools. Open clinic settings from the profile tab, or jump in from the web app.

Keep address, contacts, and split-shift opening hours accurate — including holidays and training days.

Publish the services patients can book, with duration, who can provide them, and payment rules.
